The new development is proposed to provide 121 self-contained homes for Queenslanders in housing need.
The two buildings will be built on Wellington Road and Kennedy Terrace, East Brisbane, with two street frontages.
Features of the building include a communal rooftop space, shared ground floor communal facilities, onsite services and basement car parking.
The development will be a supportive accommodation model, which provides long-term, secure and appropriate homes for Queenslanders who need a place to live but also support to improve their wellbeing and social connections.
Construction is planned to start in 2025.
