We're proposing to build new homes in Cranbrook in Townsville.

The proposed development will provide 13 much-needed homes for women and families eligible for social housing in the Townsville region.

The development will be made up of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes designed according to our Social Housing Design Guidelines.

If approved, we will commence construction in 2026.
