Moreton Bay Youth Foyer

We’re proposing to build a Youth Foyer in Redcliffe to provide vulnerable young people with stable housing.

The development will provide 40 self-contained units for young people aged 16 to 25 years old, who will pay rent, shop and cook for themselves while receiving 24/7 onsite mentoring and support.

In addition, a 30-home social housing development is planned to be located next door to the Youth Foyer.

Youth Foyers provide accommodation for young people who are committed to engaging in education, training and/or employment. The onsite support helps them develop the skills they need to live independently, build brighter futures and achieve their full potential.

The project is in the early design stage, with preliminary designs anticipated to be ready by the end of this year.
